Position Summary:
Prestige Showroom is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves managing shipping and receiving duties, inventory control, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ambition to advance quickly into a Warehouse Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure quality, condition, and completeness
• Conduct thorough inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care
• Securely wrap pallets for courier pickup and stage shipments for timely dispatch
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move inventory around the warehouse
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment
• Collaborate proactively with the showroom team to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrated leadership potential and desire for career advancement
