Overview

As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you will help Premiums client brands stand out at Walmart stores by ensuring product availability and executing retail merchandising activities that connect customers with the brands they love.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom to place products on the floor
• Stock and pack out items to help shoppers find what they need
• Front?face products for optimal shelf appearance
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and deliver them to the store
• Install and display promotional materials as instructed to highlight client products
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed
• Answer step?by?step questions using Premiums field technology on your mobile device
• Take photos of completed work to document success
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart stores
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to accomplish tasks
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text

Success Criteria

• Act as the face of Premium, building strong relationships within the store(s)
• Work independently while staying connected to the Walmart family
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members
• Share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide through closed social media groups and other channels
• Contact Premiums Operations Support Center for assistance with store?based challenges
• Complete work within the provided timeframe
• Follow detailed instructions closely to achieve first?time success
• Be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Report work on the same day it is completed

Tools Needed

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations in your area
• Smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and uploading photos
