The Role:
We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Agent who can identify and attract top talent in the real estate sector. If you’re not just a people person but someone who can quickly take control of a conversation and direct it towards success, we want to talk to you. This is not for the shy or the hesitant. We need someone who’s ready to dive in, think fast, and make things happen.
What You’ll Do:
• Screen, and engage candidates to match with real estate industry roles
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and candidates
• Drive conversations, leading candidates confidently through every phase of recruitment
• Ensure a seamless recruitment process by understanding client needs and delivering exceptional talent
• Actively work with team members to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate engagement
What We’re Looking For:
• A charismatic, outgoing personality with proven success in quickly leading conversations in a professional direction
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sales preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
• Exceptional communication skills —you’re a natural at networking and relationship-building
• A self-starter attitude with a high degree of persistence and passion for delivering results
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing client and candidate needs
