The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with experience overseeing ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects. This is an excellent career move for someone looking to progress quickly into a Senior Superintendent role. The successful candidate will take full field leadership of large-scale warehouse and distribution center projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while leading subcontractors and field teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through turnover
• Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal field staff
• Maintain site logistics, daily reporting, safety documentation, and inspection readiness
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage schedule, resolve field issues, and communicate progress
• Foster a positive safety culture and enforce all jobsite safety protocols
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers, supporting team development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years as a Superintendent on industrial, warehouse, distribution, or logistics projects
• Strong field leadership with the ability to run projects from site prep to final turnover
• Experience managing ground-up builds of $20M+ preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across trades and stakeholders
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar)
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
