Job Description

Working closely on-site with the Marketing team at MINT corporate headquarters, you will help populate content for MINTs corporate website including coordination of doctor biographies, inclusion of cultural information and mission, vision and values. This position will also help build our SEO rankings by gathering, creating and publishing relevant blogs, PR releases, updating GOOGLE My Business pages and developing backlinks with our business partners sites. The intern will also be a support in creating a new campaign targeted to teens and their families for our Orthodontist business. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing Recall & Loyalty.

• Public Relations/Communications, Journalism or Marketing Major preferred
• Ability to work full-time
• Experienced in digital writing including blogs, interviews, PR releases
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Organized, dependable and detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize and delegate tasks based on current needs
• Able to work well under pressure
• Highly driven and energetic, proactive and takes initiative
• Team player who is adept at navigating and managing cross-functional teams and relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote

• You love writing content for digital platforms and know how to optimize for SEO performance
• You are an excellent project manager and detail orientated
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in a job well done
• You are naturally inclined to innovate in fun and memorable ways
• You are organized, you like to look ahead, and you can also pivot to meet tight deadlines
• You enjoy brainstorming creative ideas for content and creator collaboration

• Able to perform other administrative assistant duties when necessary
