If you're ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.THE WORK:Ripple is seeking a full-time Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join the small but mighty content marketing team.This person will have full ownership over SEO strategy, execution and reporting, collaborating closely with internal partners and serving as the main point of contact with external agencies to set and implement the strategy across multiple domains.WHAT YOU'LL DO:SEO strategy developmentConduct keyword research and refresh target keyword lists as needed to align to business strategies and objectivesProvide optimization recommendations for on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, etc.)Implement link-building strategies (internal linking and back-linking for domain authority)Employ the strategic use of AI tools for SEO as neededPerformance analysisMonitor and report on SEO metrics on a monthly and quarterly basisAnalyze website performance and conduct regular technical audits across domainsProvide and implement actionable insights for improvementWeb engineering supportCollaborate with the web experience team to ensure technical SEO best practicesAssist in website updates as neededEnsure website architecture supports SEO goalsLead weekly SEO meetings with the web experience team and serve as lead project manager to align on technical tasksWHAT YOU'LL BRING: A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO and proficiency in SEO tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, AWR)Strong analytical skillsExcellent communication, collaboration and project management skillsExperience working in B2B SaaS/enterprise environments is requiredWriting and editing experience (blog content, web copy, video titles and descriptions, etc.) is a major plusFamiliarity with blockchain/crypto/fintech is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience working with and managing agency partnersExperience with paid search campaigns and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is nice to have (but not required)For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant's experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
