We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Tester - Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Montreal , Quebec (CA-QC) , Canada (CA) .

Day to Day/Job Function. 

Quality Assurance Testing: Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases for Access Manager functionalities (including authentication, authorization, and federation protocols).

Test Strategy Development : Create and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure thorough coverage of Access Manager functionality and associated APIs.

Python Automation : Utilize Python, specifically pytest, to write and maintain test scripts for automated testing of Access Manager features. Object-Oriented Programming proficiency in Python is required.

Protocol Expertise : Test and validate the integration of various protocols, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and other industry-standard authentication/authorization protocols.

Bug Tracking and Reporting : Identify, document, and track software defects in Jira, working closely with development and product teams to ensure timely resolution.

Collaboration : Work alongside cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product owners, to ensure quality in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in QA, specifically in Access Management Solutions

5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions like Okta.

5+ years of experience using Access Manager functionalities and its various modules.

5+ years of experience with Python, especially for test automation using pytest framework.

5+ years experience testing in Object-Oriented Programming concepts and design.

5+ years experience in integration testing, performance testing, and security testing in the context of Access Management.

3+ years of knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, etc.).

3+ years experience using CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

Preferred Skillset. 

Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.

Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Must have excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
