JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prospect assigned territory, clients, and leads
• Assist in regionalizing sales efforts by increasing local client visits
• Proven success in building new strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategies
• Identify and develop new targets to increase regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions
• Follow-up and maintain current customers with the goal of increasing revenue and freight volume
• Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand
• Engage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within the assigned region
• Meet and exceed KPIs regarding client visits through the Customer Retention Management system
• Engage in market research with sales support teams to increase individual sales pipeline
• Other duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in global sales preferred
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience selling freight forwarding in the chemical vertical
• Knowledge about Ocean Freight, Air Freight, or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel up to 50%
