Who We’re Looking For:
An outbound expert. Someone who’s hungry, sharp, and eager to break into high-stakes commercial finance. No base salary—just pure commission and uncapped upside.
This is for people who thrive in a performance-based environment and want to build a real income stream by bringing in serious deal flow.
What You’ll Do:
* Prospect and cold outreach to business owners, real estate investors, and developers
* Book qualified discovery calls with borrowers who need financing
* Manage CRM and follow-up sequences
* Work closely with the principal on strategy, outreach angles, and targeting
* Get trained on CRE debt structures so you can speak intelligently with prospects
Compensation:
* Commission only: Earn $500–$1,000+ per funded deal you source
* No cap, no ceiling—earn as much as you bring in
* Bonuses for consistent performance and larger deals
Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-starter with the ability to manage your own pipeline
* Comfortable with cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Coachable, curious, and driven to win
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
* Experience in real estate, finance, or B2B sales
* Familiarity with CRMs, outbound tools, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Understanding of commercial lending or investment real estate
