Cryopak, CVT, a division of Integreon Global, is seeking a high-energy Sales Hunter to own the full sales cycle in Food, Produce, Biomedical, and Pharmaceutical markets. What you’ll do (impact-focused responsibilities)

  • Identify, pursue, and close new accounts across Food, Produce, Biomedical, and Pharmaceutical sectors for CVT product lines.
  • Understand prospective clients’ challenges and map tailored, value-based solutions that differentiate Cryopak/CVT from competitors.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline; provide accurate weekly pipeline updates and project statuses in Salesforce.
  • Partner with the Roanoke CVT team and sister companies to ensure flawless execution from quote to delivery, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to shape campaigns and feedback that drive demand and product improvements.
  • Represent Cryopak at tradeshows and conferences; cultivate long-term relationships that translate into measurable revenue growth.
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently to optimize sales outcomes and profitability.

What we’re looking for (must-have qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a book of business and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close opportunities in technical or regulated industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (HubSpot or similar) with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to drive customer success.
