Title of Position-Reservations Manager
Job Description: The Reservations Managerwill oversee the Reservations Department.Our property has an in-house reservations department with reservations agents working with our loyal guests. OTAs are not part of our reservation process.The Reservations Manager will be responsible forcultivating a quality team through hiring, training, development, and coaching and creating and maintaining weekly schedules for staff.This position will also maintain monthly reports, manage monthly expenses, and respond to guest-related compliments or concerns as needed.

Qualifications:
The Reservations Manager must have exceptional customer service skills and strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
The Reservations Manager must have strong attention to detail
The ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is a must for the Reservations Manager
The Reservations Manager must embody the traits of reliability, honesty, teamwork, and cooperation in order to succeed with our company.
The Reservation Manager should have at least three years of experience in the hospitality industry; leadership experience is preferred.
