Property Manager to $130K - Exciting Real Estate Opportunity!

Our client, a prominent real estate developer, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee multiple commercial assets, as well as a mixed-use portfolio. This role will manage daily operations, lead a small team, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless property performance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of property management experience with leadership capabilities, ideally coming from a commercial real estate background.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Work Model: In office
  • Degree: Preferred
  • Responsibilities include overseeing daily property operations; coordinating maintenance and capital improvement projects; managing lease agreements and tenant relationships; preparing budgets and financial reports; supervising and mentoring team members; liaising with external partners on shared property matters; and collaborating with internal teams on construction coordination.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong operational and financial management skills; proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a busy environment. Retail property experience and capital project exposure are highly valued.
