The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience managing large commercial or industrial construction projects from start to finish. This is an excellent career move for someone looking to progress quickly into a Senior PM role. The successful candidate will lead high-profile industrial warehouse and distribution center projects, working closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and quality control
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring repeat business
• Lead project meetings and coordinate across all trades and disciplines
• Drive risk management, safety compliance, and problem resolution
• Mentor Assistant PMs and project staff, contributing to a culture of growth and development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years focused on industrial, warehouse, distribution, or logistics projects
• Proven track record delivering ground-up projects $20M+
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
