The Physician is directly accountable to the Chief of Medicine. This physician will help increase efficiency and productivity throughout the unit. In addition, the Section Chief Compensation & Pension Section proactively communicates with the Medical Staff Department, the Chief of Staff and other members of the team to assure optimum results. Physician will also participate in staff evaluations, communications and counseling.
