You will help ensure smooth people operations across the organization. Responsibilities Assist with benefits administration and employee support. Manage onboarding processes for new hires. Perform data entry and analyze HR information. Create intranet and marketing content for the HR department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Communications. 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience using Canva or a similar design tool.
