Multi-Unit General Manager – Ola Juice Bar Full-Time | Bonus Eligible | Colorado Springs, CO Lead With Purpose. Grow With Us. Ola Juice Bar is seeking an experienced and passionate Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee our vibrant Downtown and Garden of the Gods locations. We're looking for a dynamic leader with a proven ability to manage teams, drive operational excellence, and foster a strong culture centered around wellness, service, and hospitality. Coffee knowledge and experience is a must , GOG location features a full coffee programs that demand consistency, creativity, and craft. Why Ola? What You'll Do: Lead Multi-Unit Operations : Oversee daily operations, team performance, and business results across two Ola Juice Bar locations. Drive Team Growth : Hire, train, mentor, and develop high-performing teams focused on guest experience, product consistency, and culture. Own the Coffee Program : Ensure baristas are trained to deliver high-quality coffee consistently. Maintain equipment, dial in espresso, and elevate the overall coffee offering. Deliver Hospitality : Create a welcoming environment that reflects Ola’s mission of wellness and community. Model exceptional service at every touchpoint. Execute Strategically : Analyze KPIs, implement action plans, manage schedules, and control COGS and labor to achieve business goals. Leverage Technology : Confidently use Toast, Google Drive, 7shifts, Slack, and Restaurant Systems Pro to drive operations, track metrics, and communicate effectively. Market Smart : Collaborate on local marketing initiatives, events, and seasonal offerings that build brand awareness and drive sales.
