About Us: Places You’ll Go Therapy has a vision to become a leading provider of healthcare services, specializing in home health. Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. We are committed to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Our team of dedicated professionals strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective occupational therapy services. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Provide supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona State Occupational Therapist License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Article 9 Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
