Job Description

LHH is working with a client in consumer services to identify a detail-oriented Marketing Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate has experience working quickly and jumping into problem-solving. In this role, you will organize events, marketing assets, and research new marketing opportunities.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and execute annual dinners and cocktail parties, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experience.
• Organize registration for events, including confirming dates, agendas, deadlines, and registering attendees, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
• Develop and maintain marketing assets that accurately represent the firm's brand and messaging.
• Maintain the Master Calendar of events, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and communicated effectively.
• Establish and maintain a marketing filing system to organize and manage marketing materials efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in events and marketing roles.
• Event Coordination Experience: Previous experience in event coordination or executive assistant roles, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Deadline-Driven: Proven experience working in deadline-driven environments, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic databases (such as Access, Excel, Google Sheets), project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and word processing platforms.
