- Establish strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives to build brand awareness and ticket sale conversion.
- Ideate and execute ongoing events and programming to help drive traffic and repeat visitation.
- Ability to execute 360 marketing strategies to promote baseline business and ongoing events and programming.
- Oversee the entire customer acquisition funnel from pre-arrival engagement to upsell strategies during visits, to post-visit to encourage repeat visits.
- Implement marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition for locals and tourists depending on travel and tourism trends in each city.
- Oversee the 3rd party ticket broker strategy and coordinate efforts with business unit owners and finance.
- Partner with finance and business development to create seasonal promotional offerings and tools to attract new customers and/or repeat visitors.
- Establish lead generation programs through concierge, hotel, and tour partners.
- Manage and direct marketing and sales efforts for the leisure and travel markets.
- Initiate and oversee content shoots for use across social media, editorial features, and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales and financial performance across all campaigns, delivering monthly reports and evaluating KPIs and ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to meet strategic business objectives.
- Work closely with the creative team to create marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns and collateral aimed at driving customer acquisition and revenue.
- Oversee performance and growth marketing efforts including paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies and partnerships to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Implement and manage all CRM, email, and SMS marketing campaigns targeted at both new and existing customers, ensuring segmentation, personalization, and optimization of communications.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with outside agencies for best results.
Experience you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within themed entertainment, attractions, or tourism destinations.
- Experience working in Nashville with an understanding of the Las Vegas market preferred.
- Understanding of ticketing platforms preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and highly data-driven.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
