Manufacturing Manager – Direct Hire in York

$120-$130K starting Salary Range

Manpower is assisting a well-known manufacturer local to York with hiring a Production Manager. Manufacturing Manager to oversee all operations at the production facility. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in streamlining manufacturing processes, managing personnel, and ensuring that all production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory standards, such as OSHA
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
