Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction through live chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Interaction: Manage and respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
* Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing step-by-step solutions to customers.
* Documentation: Record detailed information about customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
* Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and new features to provide accurate information to customers.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
* Multi-Session Management: Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
* Skills:
Strong written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and live chat tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Calm and efficient under pressure.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in IT or customer service are a plus.
