What You’ll Do:

• Oversee on-site construction of ADU projects from the ground up.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and clients to keep projects on track.
• Learn to manage site operations, schedules, and quality control.
• Support project planning, permitting, and communication efforts.
• Represent BuildX with professionalism and care — we pride ourselves on teamwork and client relationships.

Who You Are:

• A motivated, “all-in” team player eager to learn and grow in the construction industry.
• Someone with basic construction knowledge — you understand site work, mechanicals, and trades — but you’re hungry to level up.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software, email, and digital tools.
• A people person who communicates well, builds trust, and takes pride in doing things right.
• Living within 30 minutes of Carver, MA .
