We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join one of our clients in Tucker. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations. You will support daily accounting tasks, assist with month-end close, and help ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Help with bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (Required).
• Experience: 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships welcome).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks , SAP, NetSuite).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles .
• Familiarity with tax filings and compliance.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $59,000.00 per year
