Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts — from posting jobs to onboarding new hires. Manage and support employee relations, performance reviews, and career development. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administrative tasks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with digital tools for HR management and remote collaboration. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have Experience in the gaming or tech industry. Passion for online games — especially Dinosaur Game! Certification in HR (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).
