The right HR Assistant is someone who can handle sensitive information, comfortable assisting with trainings, and loves learning and growing their skills. The HR Assistant will be over:
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to the company's policies, timesheets/paid time off, hiring processes, etc.
Assists with the 90-day and annual performance evaluation process for support staff.
Assists with firm and HR initiatives including, but not limited to, Staff Appreciation Week, Holiday Party, summer events, and monthly social hours.
Provides full lifecycle recruiting support for support staff, including job postings, sources candidates via resume submissions, schedules interviews, prepares offer letters, initiates and monitors background checks.
Requirements:
At least one year of HR related experience desired.
Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
