HR Assistant II

Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Contract Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant II to join our team in Tampa. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and HR contact center support, ensuring seamless employee experiences across payroll inquiries, policy questions, and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports, and communications.
• Answer inbound calls and create cases within the HR Contact Center.
• Support payroll inquiries, partnering closely with the Payroll team to resolve issues.
• Assist employees and HR with payroll questions, ensuring proper resolution or escalation.
• Process Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Verifications, Policy Questions & Compliance, and Policy Acknowledgements.
• Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR administrative or contact center experience.
• Associate degree required.
• ServiceNow experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of payroll inquiry resolution processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
