We are seeking an organized and motivated HR Assistant to join Applebury Behavior Associates. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, assisting with record maintenance, documentation, onboarding, and policy implementation. The HR assistant will also serve as a trusted resource for all employees. This position offers opportunities for career growth and development.
Assist with the daily operations of the HR Department.
Maintain employee files and records, ensuring an efficient filing system and accuracy of all documentation.
Complete onboarding paperwork for new employees, ensuring compliance with employment eligibility requirements and benefit enrollment.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and address their inquiries in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a similar field is preferred.
At least 2 years of work experience in an office or clerical support role.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and efficiently transition between tasks as required.
Proficient in computer applications and software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
