Healthcare Physician Recruiter (Independent Contractor)

We are seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to partner with our team. This role requires proven success in sourcing, engaging, and presenting qualified physician candidates —specifically Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) . Please note: experience recruiting only nurses or allied health professionals will not meet the requirements for this opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting physicians (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or similar specialties).
• Strong network and ability to identify and connect with qualified physician talent.
• Skilled in presenting opportunities in a compelling, professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and meet deliverable expectations as an independent contractor.
  

Performance Expectations

• Within one (1) week of orientation, you should be in a position to consistently submit a minimum of five (5) qualified Primary Care Physician candidates per week.
• Candidates submitted must meet the agreed-upon role requirements and be actively engaged in the recruitment process.
• Success in this role depends on the ability to maintain both quality and volume in candidate submissions.
  

Independent Contractor Status
This is a 1099 contract opportunity, commission only. You will have the flexibility to manage your own methods, schedule, and approach to achieving results. Our partnership is focused on outcomes—particularly in meeting candidate submission expectations—rather than on how the work is performed. A 1099 recruiter is an independent contractor who works on a freelance basis. You are responsible for covering business expenses, such as recruiting tools, job boards, and networking opportunities. Instead of a salary, you earn fees or commissions for successful placements.

Contract Continuation
The continuation of this contract is dependent on meeting the outlined performance expectations. If expectations are not consistently met, the contract may be concluded at the company’s discretion.
