About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Director of Corporate Development and Strategy to play a pivotal role in its growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic and analytical leader with a focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. Key responsibilities for this role include conducting market research to identify strategic opportunities, leading the full M&A and investment processes, and building and maintaining relationships with financial partners, investors, and advisors. The role also involves developing financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to guide strategic decisions, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to ensure that growth initiatives align with the company's overall strategy. Applicants for the Senior Director position should have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with a preference for those with exposure to healthcare or technology sectors. A strong understanding of healthcare technology trends and the regulatory environment is essential, and experience in EHR or digital health platforms is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing M&A deals, strategic investments, or high-value partnerships, and possess excellent financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities are also required, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
