The Sales & Management Training Program is a top-tier, proven leadership development program designed for recent college graduates to immerse you in the business and develop the next generation of leaders for a thriving, nationwide leading Electrical Solutions & Engineering Consulting organization with over 750 locations across the country. Through hands-on rotations, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain a 360° view of the business and be ready to step into a leadership role upon completion - whether that's managing a team, driving sales, or running a profit center.

*What You’ll Experience*

* *Rotations across core functions* such as inventory/logistics, customer service, sales, accounts payable/receivable, technical sales, project management, purchasing, and account management
* *Mentorship sessions* with experienced leaders who will guide your growth
* *Travel* to training sessions across the country for broader exposure
* *Structured coursework* in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation

*Who is this for?*

* Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
* Those who are willing to relocate and travel during the program *(required)*

* Master’s degree.
* Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
