Join the Huey Magoo's Team as our Franchise Business Consultant - Based out of Columbus, Ohio!

Are you a passionate, strategic, and people-focused leader who thrives on coaching, travel, and driving results? Huey Magoo's is looking for a dynamic Franchise Business Consultant (FBC), based out of Columbus, Ohio, to help grow our brand by building strong relationships and supporting franchise success for our Florida region.

As the Franchise Business Consultant , some responsibilities will include:

• Coach Franchisees and restaurant teams on brand standards and operations tools
• Positively promote the Huey Magoo's culture with every interaction
• Conduct purposeful, data-driven field visits to analyze performance and develop strategic plans
• Monitor restaurant performance and support successful new restaurant openings
• Assist with training rollouts, product launches, and compliance programs
• Work cross-functionally to share operational feedback and elevate guest experiences
• Deliver brand standard evaluations (QSCRs) and enforce compliance
• Identify and help develop emerging leaders within the franchise system

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of franchise management or multi-unit operations experience, required.
• Experience in quick service, fast casual, or full-service restaurant environments
• Proven ability to coach, consult, and drive measurable results
• Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with operational technology (POS, BOH systems like R365/NBO, online ordering platforms)
• Food Safety Manager Certificate, or willingness to obtain the certificate
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 90% including overnights) and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
• Extra travel will include occasional visits to home office in Orlando FL. and travel for NRO support may include travel for up to 5 days at a time
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Columbus, Ohio area
• Multi-lingual a plus!
