The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting Franchise Owners to achieve and surpass their strategic goals. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about early education and committed to delivering outstanding service. As an FBC, you will create strong business relationships that foster growth and operational excellence. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders and achieve business objectives through collaboration and effective partnerships.

  • Assist Franchise Owners in crafting and updating business plans focused on continuous improvement and meeting occupancy targets.
  • Implement the Service Excellence Assurance process to ensure adherence to brand standards and successful completion of action items.
  • Collaborate with Franchise Owners and the School Excellence Education Team to support the execution of Balanced Learning and develop improvement plans.
  • Build internal partnerships that encourage cross-department collaboration to drive results.
  • Work closely with the Field Marketing Team to guide Franchise Owners in executing school marketing plans aimed at boosting enrollment.
  • Analyze performance metrics and pinpoint areas for added support to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate networking opportunities for Franchise Owners to share strategies and insights.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with Franchise Owners to ensure the effective implementation of health, safety practices, and operational policies.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, licensing agencies, and community contacts to assist Franchise Owners in meeting regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the initial contact for all reportable incidents and consult with the Executive Director of Regional Support as necessary.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit management.
  • Background in franchising, early childhood education, or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with State and National Accreditation and State Childcare Licensing regulations is highly desirable.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong ability to independently handle projects.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for influencing without formal authority.
  • Effective time management skills to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Skillful at navigating conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations.
