Work Schedule: hours vary between 6am-4pm with shared call on weekend/holiday mornings. The work will be a combination of remote and onsite call rotations

Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
As a Fertility Clinic RN, you will collaborate, educate, and advocate for patients by performing tasks such as prepping semen samples, assisting with intrauterine inseminations, and coordinating IVF appointments. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, ensuring patients' voices are heard. Your role includes triage and assessment, developing individualized care plans, administering treatments safely, and maintaining documentation. You will educate patients and families on health, medications, and lifestyle, offering emotional support. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will help coordinate seamless care. Qualifications: - WI RN license required, previous RN experience required
- Fertility or OB experience preferred
