Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet new business production goals through various sales techniques, including telephone outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Create and present tailored insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and effectively close sales
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and timely follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with all Farmers Insurance and Department of Insurance regulations in all quotes, procedures, and practices
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing mentoring and coaching resources
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, stay organized, and adhere to deadlines
  • Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends to effectively meet client needs
Requirements:
  • Active Property & Casualty license or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire; licensing and training support provided)
  • Genuine willingness to learn, with an intuitive, resourceful, and coachable attitude
  • Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to create relationships from a cold start
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Must pass a background check in accordance with Farmers guidelines, policies and procedures
    • The background check will cover two major areas: State, Federal and County Criminal History, and Regulatory Actions
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Flexible schedule
  • Monthly sales commission
  • Monthly and annual production bonus structures
  • $5,000 startup signing bonus
  • $10,000 reserve agent production bonus
    • 300% Bonus on New Business (first 3 years)
  • $500 in monthly marketing allowances
  • Residual income structure
