Here’s what you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist our administrative team with various projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of producing work in a timely manner.

• Assist the administrator with a variety of projects that involve the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Perform advanced Excel functions, including creating PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, pie charts, and formulas.
• Manage data by adding drop-down menus and using functions like AutoSum.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure project goals are understood and deadlines are met.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization throughout all tasks.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A good understanding of deadlines and the ability to work in a timely manner.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
