Job Description - Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate project requirements are met.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
- Track and manage project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure quality materials.
- Present cost estimates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, construction techniques, and cost-effective practices.

- A strong understanding of construction cost estimation and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in construction software and estimation tools.
