The Opportunity

  • Schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or other platforms)
  • Explain coverage options in a clear, personalized, and professional way
  • Manage client applications and documents through easy-to-use online systems
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and excellent service in every interaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to build communication and leadership skills
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet goals and celebrate achievements
