Job Description
We are looking for a deeply experienced technician to work in the elevator industry. You will be a key member of a team that is highly collaborative and unique.
Experience as an elevator technician is mandatory. You must be highly attentive to detail, able to lead a team or work independently, willing to learn, and desire to be engaged in a collaborative atmosphere. A high priority at Abco is a safety culture. Be prepared to be focused on doing a job right.
Responsibilities

● Build up your fellow technicians
● Maintain, service, and construct elevator systems
● Accurately complete all necessary documentation
● Basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep
● Additional duties assigned as needed
Requirements
● Valid Canadian driver’s license
● Proven experience as a certified elevator technician
● Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
● Experience in electrical troubleshooting of elevator systems
● Deep knowledge of hydraulic, traction and rack & pinion elevator systems
● Experience with basic engineering and construction principles and methods
● Ability to dive deep into a problem and willingness to press into solutions
