As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

In this context, Sanofi is recruiting a Digital Product Owner for the Source-to-Pay (Procurement) AI product line as part of the Racetrack program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective

  • Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis

  • Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments

  • Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint

  • Manage backlog prioritization of work

  • Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues

  • Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible.

 

About You

You’ll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company. As well as experience of:

  • Bachelor's in business/engineering/computer science with 6+ years product management experience; MBA/Masters preferred with expertise in Lean/Agile, UX/UI and application integration.

  • Strategic product vision with proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions while leveraging AI tools.

  • Exceptional communication skills including executive-level presentations and fluency in English.

  • Demonstrated success navigating complex environments and removing roadblocks with a results-driven mindset.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership with ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.

  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities with business acumen to align product development with organizational objectives
