Wenonah location: MONDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY: 7:45 AM-5:15 PM

We are looking for a responsible, professional PT Dental Receptionists in our Wenonah  location to join to our team. We are willing to train a energetic candidate without any dental experience. Our growing dental practice strives to create a caring and exceptional experience for our patients at every visit. Skills

• Greet and check-in patients for appointments, verify patient information, manage incoming patient inquiries.
• Answer high volume phone calls
• Confirm, and schedule appointments to ensure patient flow.
• Verify patient insurances, ensure outstanding balances and copays are collected.
• Enter and present financial options for patient treatment plans.
• Update patient records
• Process X-rays and doctor referrals to patient chart
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
