Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Call Center
Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced call center environment supporting healthcare-related inquiries. This role involves handling inbound calls and conducting follow-up calls to assist customers with prior authorization, general questions, and confidential information.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to accurately enter and manage information across multiple systems. You will be measured on quality and accuracy, with call volumes ranging from 50 to 100 calls per day, depending on complexity.
Responsibilities:
