Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the execution of high-performing, segmented email campaigns and post-purchase journeys. The ideal candidate is a resourceful and organized marketer who can use data to drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end execution of promotional and editorial email campaigns, from setup to send.
Manage 14+ weekly email campaigns, including segmentation, testing, QA, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with designers on creative briefs and feedback.
Execute campaigns in Klaviyo/Mailchimp, managing list logic and send settings.
Build and monitor key automated post-purchase flows to boost retention and repeat purchases.
Own reporting for all campaigns and flows using Klaviyo and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
Coordinate content for email campaigns, SMS, and push notifications, including copy, scheduling, and database management.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Confident managing high-volume campaign calendars (10+ per week).
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Proficient in A/B testing and using data to make decisions.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
A highly motivated self-starter with strong retail or consumer marketing skills.
An eye for good stories and how to sell them.
Nice to have: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customization; experience in the fashion, bridal, or retail industries.
