Location: We are seeking Dishwashers for the Hard Rock Stadium, located in Miami Gardens, FL. Sodexo Live! Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination which is the home of the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami football team, Orange Bowl, Super Bowl LIV and the 100th anniversary of the NFL, International soccer and a host of world-class events including the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It was designed to embrace all that South Florida has to offer, while providing unparalleled live experiences. We are currently looking for barbacks to join our team here at the Hard Rock Stadium. Principal Function: • Job Description: As a Dishwasher at Hard Rock Stadium under Sodexo Live, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our food service operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Sanitary Standards: You'll be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Efficient Work Flow: You'll work alongside our kitchen team to facilitate a smooth flow of clean dishes to support food preparation and service.
• Organizational Skills: Effective organization and management of dishwashing supplies, including detergents and cleaning agents, will be a part of your daily routine.
• Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to maintain a seamless operation.
• Adherence to Procedures: Following established procedures and protocols for dishwashing and cleaning tasks is crucial to maintaining a high standard of hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Capacity to work effectively as part of a team.

• Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Use hands to handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and taste or smell.
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Frequently exposed to soapy water and/or cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Must be able to operate in an environment with moderate to high noise levels.
• Always required to wear slip-resistant shoes.
