Seeking CNC Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts! $20-$23/hr. Immediate start!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or lathe machines.
• Load raw materials and tooling as required for production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Make minor adjustments to machine settings to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Communicate any mechanical issues or production delays to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
• 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
