We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance, with a focus on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that all vehicles meet high-quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Conducts full inspection, diagnosis, repair and troubleshooting to determine repair needs for customer and dealership vehicles.
* Execute repairs and maintenance on various automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and transmission systems.
* Utilize advanced tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems.
* Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for vehicle maintenance.
* Fully understands and carries out repair orders as dispatched.
* Performs quality control checks to ensure repairs are completed.
* Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
* Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
* Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
* Communicates effectively with Service Advisor and Parts department personnel.
* Participates in company and Chrysler Certification training and education to further develop expertise. Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician. Chrysler level 3 and diesel certified.
* Proficiency in vehicle maintenance practices and repair techniques for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep , Ram and alternate make vehicles is highly desirable.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
* Highly professional and dependable.
* Safety and customer service oriented.
* Basic computer and internet skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
