As a musculoskeletal specialist, you will provide evidence-based treatments focused on enhancing the patient experience. Your patient care base will include individuals with diverse diagnoses, ranging from athletic injuries to chronic pain and repetitive stress issues. This position empowers you to excel in delivering exceptional MSK care while collaborating with an outstanding interdisciplinary team.

TIME COMMITMENT:

20 hours/week onsite (with opportunity to become full-time) Anticipated start date: between November and January, depending on credentialing and onboarding

Work within a renowned corporate/onsite interdisciplinary clinic, collaborating and working directly with various providers such as MDs, NP/RNs, Family/Social Therapists, TCM/L.Ac., and other allied professionals. *Each Motiva Health location offers a unique clinic atmosphere, client company culture, and a diverse team of professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Doctor of Chiropractic will provide onsite musculoskeletal care and physical culture assistance using their full scope of practice and knowledge to do what is best for each patient.

ONSITE CHIROPRACTIC/CLINICAL DUTIES

Use diagnostic skillset and clinical rationalization to treat and evaluate patient cases and individual needs. Assess the neuromusculoskeletal system using chiropractic training, skillset, and methodology. Perform manual adjustments of the spine, extremities, or other joints/articulations of the body to influence the nervous and musculoskeletal system. Develop, communicate, and execute treatment plans for individuals while maintaining accurate health records. Utilize technology and protocols to measure and document patient care and outcomes effectively. Integrate and consult with other onsite health practitioners and refer in/out when appropriate. Represent Motiva Health, its corporate locations, and its partners at both an individual and an organizational level by modeling core values. Assist patients in physical medicine needs within one's scope of practice, including but not limited to: Soft-Tissue/MRT/ART IASTM/Graston/FAKTR Rehabilitative/Corrective Exercise Guidance and Prescription Nutrition Education & Support Behavioral Ergonomic Adjustments & Assistance Posture and Biomechanical Taping Education May require other clinical responsibilities as designated

CLINICAL ADJUNCT RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize interpersonal skills during provider rounds and facility outreach to foster positive relationships and emphasize provider collaboration/integration. Identify areas for clinic expansion and patient reach with a growth mindset philosophy. Comply with Motiva Health's marketing needs to expand the company and patient reach. Partner with corporate health & wellness providers and adjunct faculty to create lead-generation opportunities to cultivate health & wellness programs. Promote services through various mediums, including, but not limited to, group presentations, small group classes, short-form videos, off-site event support, and consultations. May require other marketing and promotion duties as agreed upon

REQUIREMENTS

Doctorate of Chiropractic Active license and in good standing with the State of California Board of Chiropractic Examiners Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience Excellent personal and clinical skills Basic Life Support/CPR for Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer that is current

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Five (5)+ years of clinical experience preferred. Sports, orthopedic, or integrative clinic experience preferred Extensive understanding of treating in the corporate and integrative setting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency Experience with Google Workplace Apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job requires sitting, bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. The provider must have an adequate, full-body range of motion due to the potential of handling and lifting patients. Periodically, the provider may have to lift and carry equipment and items weighing up to 50 lbs.

COMPENSATION

Pay: $54,496 - $155,916 per year *Motiva Health is required to include an approximation of the salary and benefits for all California positions for this role. Annualized compensation range for this part-time to full-time role is approximately $54,496 - $155,916 . Qualifications, location, experience, and various other factors will be considered, and this range serves as a guideline.
