Skills & Tools Analytical and data interpretation skills Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Ability to manage MOC processes and interact with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Competence with developing automated reports and handling large data sets What Your Role Will Look Like As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing chemical manufacturing processes across the polymerization, recovery, and spinning areas. Your responsibilities will include: Performing process evaluations and energy balances Driving improvements in distillation and reaction processes Troubleshooting issues impacting quality, throughput, or equipment performance Monitoring and adjusting production parameters for stability and efficiency Creating condition tables and issuing condition adjustment orders Supporting test productions and data analysis in collaboration with engineering and QA teams Developing tools for automated reporting and streamlining operations Managing capital improvement projects and MOC workflows Acting as the bridge between engineering and production teams to ensure alignment and smooth day-to-day operations #J-18808-Ljbffr HTI
