Business Litigation Attorney

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in litigating commercial disputes. This role offers a strong platform for long-term career growth with the support of a highly collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters.

• Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

• Draft and argue substantive motions and legal memoranda.

• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and develop strategic case plans.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.

• Support business development efforts and contribute to firm growth.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in breach of contract, banking, title insurance, construction, or real estate litigation is highly desirable.

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.
