Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and prioritize requirements for data integration and analytics initiatives.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
• Partner with Product Owners, developers, and data teams (engineers, architects, dashboard experts) on a Scrum team.
• Contribute to data visualization, dashboards, reports, and predictive modeling.
• Ensure DoD data, IA, and security compliance in all solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support data governance, stakeholder training, and documentation (technical, functional, training, planning).
• Work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment managing multiple priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) + 8–12 years relevant experience (6–10 with Master’s).
• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Kibana).
• Working knowledge of Elasticsearch / Logstash / Kibana (ELK Stack).
• Experience in data-driven projects (modeling, analytics, integration).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with networking and internet protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting DISA, DoD, or federal data programs.
• Skilled in Mission Dashboards, data visualization design, and analytics validation.
• Exposure to data science, AI/ML, or cloud (AWS) environments.
• Strong analytical mindset for experiment design and validation.
