Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and focus on providing superior service. Pay starts at $17 per hour during our 2-week training program. Upon completion and satisfactory performance, wages may increase up to $20 per hour, plus a commission program. With commissions, team members earn an average of $18 to $21 per hour or more. Benefits include free employee meals, uniforms, golf opportunities, educational scholarships, internships, and holiday bonuses. Full-time benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, and more. Shifts include day/evening, holidays, and weekends. Key Responsibilities: Stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control, and maintain inventory records. Manage inventory control through careful use and monitoring, communicating supply needs to management. Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and operating procedures. Address guest requests and concerns with the Department Manager. Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking. Use Point of Sale systems. Review banquet schedules, events, and serve catered parties from service or portable bars. Occasionally serve meals to guests. Follow safe work practices. Perform other related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; one year of bartending experience and/or training, or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol. Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties. Alcohol Awareness Training.
